Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered if the delivered translation contains major errors or does not meet the agreed specifications. Minor stylistic preferences do not qualify for a refund but can be addressed through free revisions.

Requesting a Refund
Clients should submit refund or correction requests within 7 days of delivery. Please provide details about the issues so we can address them effectively.

Resolution Process
We review all requests carefully and offer corrections or a partial/full refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
